The Yieldstreet Loyalty Program recognizes and rewards our most loyal investors. There are three membership tiers within the program - as you move up in tiers, you unlock even more benefits. Learn more here.

How do I obtain tier membership status?

You can obtain tier membership status by reaching various account balance thresholds. Your loyalty tier will be determined by the cumulative balance of all investor accounts under your Yieldstreet account. Account balance refers to the investment balance of your active investments.

Diamond: Account balance $500,000+

Platinum: Account balance $250,000 to $499,000

Gold: Account balance $100,000 to $249,000

Once I gain tier membership status, how long do I have it for?

Once you gain tier membership status, you will continue to maintain your membership status at the respective tier as long as you stay above the account balance threshold. However, if you fall below the threshold, you have 90 days to increase your balance to retain your status.

What are the benefits for each membership tier within the Loyalty Program?

The Yieldstreet Loyalty Program overview along with the associated benefits by tier can be found here.

Are there costs associated with having tier membership status?

No, there are no costs associated with maintaining your status beyond having to meet the account threshold balance requirements.

How does having multiple investor accounts affect my loyalty tiers?

Your loyalty tier will be determined by the cumulative balance of all investor accounts under your Yieldstreet account. Our platform does not permit the use of multiple accounts with different login email addresses.

Is it possible to gift or transfer my tier membership status to someone else?

Your tier membership status is non-transferable. While you cannot gift your membership status to someone else at this time, you may have the opportunity to bring a plus-one to various in-person events.
