Step-by-step guide on how to customize the digital ticket in Yimi

  1. Go to More > Settings.

  2. Select My Ticket.

  3. Customize Business Information: Add name, address, phone number and logo.

  4. Activate the Show client information function, if desired.

  5. Add personalized messages: Add thank you messages or any text you prefer for the header.

  6. Visualize what your ticket would look like.

  7. Save the changes.

Web

  1. Go to Menu > Settings

  2. In General add or edit the requested information.

  3. Save the changes.

  4. Go to Ticket and make sure it is displayed correctly on the ticket.

  5. Add custom messages.
