It's a pity that you have decided to cancel your Instories subscription. However, if your decision is final, then follow the instructions:
If you have an iOS device
To cancel the subscription:
1. Open the Settings of your device.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription.
If you have an Android device
To cancel your subscription on Google play:
1. Open the "Google Play Store" app on your Android phone or tablet.
2. Make sure you're signed in to the correct Google Account.
3. Click the Subscriptions menu icon.
4. Find a subscription that you need to cancel.
5. Tap Cancel subscriptions.
6. Follow the instructions.
To cancel the subscription on AppGallery, use either of the following methods:
Method 1
Go to the Settings app.
Touch the profile picture and nickname at the top of the screen.
Go to Account center > Payment and purchases > Subscriptions/Password-free payments.
Touch the app you want to stop the auto-renewal for.
Touch CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION.
Method 2
Go to AppGallery > Me.
Touch the profile picture and nickname at the top of the screen.
Go to Account center > Payment and purchases > Subscriptions/Password-free payments.
Touch the app you want to stop the auto-renewal for.
Touch CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION.
If you bought the subscription on the website https://instories.com/
Go to the Members section in the menu on the left of the screen.
Tap on the 3 dots icon near a team member email to open the menu.
Tap on "Revoke access to Pro".
Do the same for all active team members.
Please note:
When you cancel a subscription you’ll still be able to use your subscription for the time you’ve already paid.
