How can I get an invoice after my purchase?

If you bought the subscription on the App Store / Google Play / AppGallery

The invoice is sent by App Store / Google Play / AppGallery to the email that is connected to your Apple ID / Google Play account / HUAWEI ID.

If you didn't receive it, please contact the corresponding store. We sell the subscription via the app stores, so we can't issue invoices.

If you bought the subscription on the website https://instories.com/

​Invoices are sent automatically to the email that you used to create your account. If you'd like to receive invoices to another email, you can change this in the Billing section in your account on the web site.
