How to change the account email?

Transfering account to another email

If you want to change the email that you used while creating your account, please contact our support team.

If one of your team members (or you) needs to change the email which was used to get the invitation, you can do this in your team account on the website. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Members section in the menu on the left of the screen.

  2. Tap on the 3 dots icon near a team member email to open the menu.

  3. Tap on "Change the email".

After this, your team member will receive a new invitation on the new email and will need to activate the license via the link in this email. This will deactivate the license on the previous email.
