This article provides several hints as to why your payment hasn’t been added to your account.

If you are experiencing any payment issues, please read the advice below as it should help in the majority of cases.
If you don’t find any answers here, please get in touch with our support team from within the Yolla app.

iTunes, Google Play
Restart the Yolla app.

PayPal
Make sure the PayPal payment has been successfully completed.
Some PayPal payments take more time. PayPal sometimes randomly selects payments for a thorough check. In such cases, the payment may take up to a few days to be processed.

Credit or Debit Card
Make sure you have successfully completed the payment. You can use the online bank service or the mobile app provided by the bank that issued your card.
