Follow this step-by-step guide to integrate your BigCommerce store with Yonda Tax. This setup will allow us to pull in your sales, product, and customer data automatically for accurate tax reporting.
đ§±Step 1: Activate your Yonda integration
1. Navigate to the Yonda Integrations Portal: https://portal.yondatax.com/integrations
and click the button add integration
2. Select "BigCommerce"
đStep 2: Retrieve your API credentials
1. Switch to your Big Commerce Store
2. Click "Settings"
3. Click "Store-level API accounts"
4. Click "Create API account"
3. Click "Name"
4. Type a suitable name
đStep 3: Connect to Yonda Portal
1. Copy the full URL in the "API path"
2. Switch back to Yonda platform and paste the "URL" in the "API Path" field
3. Add a Store Name
4. Switch back to BigCommerce. Under "Customers," click "read-only"
5. Under "Orders," click "read-only"
6. Under "Order transactions," click "read-only"
7. Under "Products," click "read-only"
8. Under "Channel Settings," click "read only"
9. Click "Save"
10. Copy the "Client ID"
11. Switch back to Yonda platform and paste in the "Client ID" field
12. Switch back to BigCommerce and copy "Access Token"
13. Switch back to Yonda platform and paste in the "Access Token" field
14. If all the sales through BigCommerce are for resale /wholesale then select the "Wholesale" toggle. If not leave it unselected.
15. Click "Save"
