📦 Our invoicing structure

Our pricing depends on where you are registered and filing indirect taxes. Some customers are registered only in the US, some only outside the US, and some in both.

US Filings

  • Monthly platform fee

  • Monthly account management and filing fee

Account management and filing fee are charged per registered state.

Rest of World Filings

  • Monthly account management and filing fee

If you are registered in both the US and other countries, your invoice may include a combination of the above charges.

Your invoice will always clearly break down each component so you can see exactly what you’re being billed for.

🗓 When you’ll receive your first invoice

  • Registrations are invoiced up front, before work begins

  • Monthly billing starts the month after your registration becomes effective in a state

  • Your first invoice from Yonda is usually issued at the end month after initial activity begins on your account

If your first month includes registrations, filings, or partial activity, your invoice may be higher than an average month.

📅 When invoices are issued

  • Invoices are issued on the last day of each month

  • Payment is due on 14 day terms

  • If you pay by ach debit or direct debit, funds are taken on the 14th or 15th of the month
