Magento - Setup Yonda Sales Tax Integration

Follow this step-by-step guide to integrate your Yonda Sales Tax account to Magento. This setup will allow us to pull in your sales, product, and customer data automatically for accurate tax reporting.

đŸ§± Step 1: Go to the Magento Integrations Settings

  1. Navigate to your Magento Admin Dashboard

  2. On the side panel menu "Click System"

  3. "Click Integrations"

🔐 Step 2: Setup the Integration

  1. Click 'Add Integration'

2. In the General Section

  • Name Field, insert a Name like 'Yonda Sales Tax'

  • Email, insert your Magento Email used to login

3. Add Yonda details:

  • In the field 'Callback URL' paste the Callback URL which is provided by Yonda

  • In the field 'Identity link URL' paste the Identity link URL provided by Yonda

3. Enter Password - Please enter your Magento Password.

4. On the same page 'Click the API' button and go to the API objects section

5. Select the following Objects

  • Select 'Invoices'

  • Select 'Credit Memos'

  • Select 'Customer Groups'

6. Save the following Settings by selecting the drop down on the Save Button and clicking 'Save and Activate'

7. Click 'Allow'

8. You should see a screen such as the below that signifies the integration has been successful
