🌐 Navigating to Filings

  1. Click Filings in the left sidebar.

    Click "Filings" in the sidebar.
  2. You'll see three summary cards at the top:

    • Current Filings – periods that have ended

    • Future Filings – periods still open (period end not yet finished)

    • All Filings – every filing across all periods

  3. Click a card to jump straight to that view, or use All Filings to see the complete list.

📁 Filtering Your Filings

Use the Filters button above the table to narrow results down to exactly what you need.

Click "Filters"

By Period End Date:

  1. Click Filters.

  2. Select Period End Date and choose your date

  3. The table updates to show only filings matching that period.

By Jurisdiction:

  1. Click Filters.

  2. Select Jurisdiction and choose the state or region you want (e.g. Georgia).

  3. The table updates to show only filings for that jurisdiction.

Filters can be combined, so you can search by jurisdiction and period end date at the same time to find a specific filing quickly.

Use Columns if you want to show or hide specific fields in the table (Form Name, Periodicity, Filing Due Date, Status, Tax Collected, Payment Outcome, etc.).

👀 Viewing a Filing's Details

  1. Find the filing you want in the table (use filters above if needed).

  2. Click View on that row.

Click "View" to open the details for a specific filing.

  3. This opens the full filing record, including status, tax collected, payment outcome, and any supporting documentation attached to that filing.

  4. To return to the main list, click Filings in the sidebar again or use the back navigation in the record view.

🗄️ Exporting Filings

  1. From the Filings table, apply any filters you want first (e.g. by jurisdiction or period end date) so the export matches what you're looking at.

  2. Click Export in the top right of the table.

  3. This downloads a CSV file of the filtered filings list, which you can open in Excel or Google Sheets.
