Disconnect an integration

How to disconnect an integration

Written by Jared Fisher

If you no longer want Yonda to sync data from a connected system (for example, a Shopify store you've closed), you can disconnect it at any time from the Integrations page.

What happens when you disconnect

Disconnecting an integration will:

  • Stop all data syncing from that integration

  • Remove the stored credentials for the connection

  • Mark the integration as Disconnected

Your historical data is preserved - anything already synced stays in your account. You can reconnect the integration later if you need to.

Steps

  1. Go to the Integrations page in your Yonda portal.

  2. Find the integration you want to disconnect in the list. Each row shows the system (e.g. Shopify), the integration name, its status, and when it was created.

  3. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) at the far right of that row.

  4. Select Disconnect.

  5. A confirmation window appears explaining what disconnecting will do. Review it, then type DISCONNECT in the box to confirm.

  6. Click the Disconnect button.

The integration's status will update to Disconnected, and syncing of new data will stop immediately.

Reconnecting later

Because your historical data is kept, you can reconnect the same system whenever you need to. You'll be asked to sign in and re-authorise the connection so Yonda can resume syncing.
