Step-by-step instructions

1. Go to the Integrations page in Yonda

Log in to Yonda and open the Integrations page from the left-hand menu.

Find your integration.

2. Open your the specific integration

Click the connection on the Amazon integration card you want to update.

This will open the connection page.

3. Re-authorize integration

  1. If the integration provider supports a simple oAuth - you should see a re-authorise button which will re-direct you to the 3rd party integration for authorisation.

  2. Alternatively you might be required to generate new API credentials and replace what we have on file.

4. Wait for the connection to complete

After confirming, the integration provider will process the request and redirect you back to Yonda.

Once complete, your integration will remain visible in the integration section of the Integrations page, it can take up to 24 hours for us to finish pulling your data.

What happens next

Once re-authentication is complete, Yonda will be able to continue pulling the necessary data as part of the upgraded integration.

This helps us:

  • improve data accuracy

  • reduce the risk of missing transaction details

  • support more reliable tax calculations and filings

Troubleshooting

I cannot see the Reauthorize button

Make sure you have opened the correct integration section in Yonda.

Integration provider does not let me continue

Check that you are logged into the correct integration provider account and that you have the right permissions to authorize third-party apps.

I completed the steps but I am not sure it worked

Return to the Integrations page in Yonda and confirm that your connection is now stable

I have multiple integration accounts

Be sure to re-authenticate the correct store/account connected to Yonda first.
