Connect your QuickBooks account to Yonda so we can automatically pull your sales data for tax calculations and filings. The connection is read-only - Yonda never modifies anything in your QuickBooks account.

Time required: 2-3 minutes You'll need: Intuit login credentials for an account with access to the QuickBooks company you want to connect.

Step 1: Open the Add Integration screen

  1. Log in to the Yonda platform.

  2. Go to Integrations in the left-hand menu.

  3. Click + Add Integration in the top right.

Step 2: Select QuickBooks

In the Add Integration window, select Quickbooks from the list of available platforms.

Step 3: Review the connection details

You'll see the Authorize QuickBooks screen. Before you connect, review what Yonda will be able to access:

  • Read orders, transactions & refunds

  • Read products & tax settings

  • Read customer & shipping regions

  • No write access - Yonda never modifies your account

When you're ready, click Authorize With QuickBooks. This opens QuickBooks in a secure window.

Step 4: Log in to QuickBooks

Enter your Intuit email address and password, then click Sign in.

If your organisation uses multi-factor authentication, you'll be asked to complete that step as usual.

Step 5: Allow access

QuickBooks will show you a consent screen confirming the access Yonda Tax is requesting. If you have more than one QuickBooks company, select the one you want to connect.

Check the correct company is shown, then click Connect.

Step 6: Verification

That's it. As soon as you approve, you'll be returned to Yonda and we'll automatically verify the connection. Once verified, your QuickBooks integration will appear in your Integrations list.

Troubleshooting

  • The QuickBooks window didn't open Check your browser isn't blocking pop-ups for the Yonda platform, then click Authorize With QuickBooks again.

  • I connected the wrong company You can disconnect the integration from your Integrations list and repeat the steps above, selecting the correct company at the QuickBooks consent screen. See our guide on disconnecting integrations.

  • I can't log in to QuickBooks Use the account recovery links on the Intuit sign-in screen. Yonda can't reset your Intuit credentials.

  • Can I revoke access later? Yes. You can disconnect at any time from your Integrations list in Yonda, or from Apps > My apps in QuickBooks.
