The Merchant Token helps you to identify the correct Amazon seller account Integration connected to Yonda. It is not used to connect your Amazon account.
How to find your Merchant Token
Log in to Amazon Seller Central.
Go to Settings in the top-right corner.
Select Account Info.
Under Business Information, select Merchant Token.
Your Merchant Token will be displayed on the page.
You can compare this token with the External ID shown in Yonda to confirm which Amazon Seller Central account is connected to the Yonda system.
Why does Yonda need this?
The Merchant Token acts as an identifier for your Amazon seller account.
We display it in Yonda to make it easier to:
Identify which Amazon Seller Central account is connected to Yonda.
Confirm which account Yonda is pulling transaction data from.
Distinguish between integrations if you have multiple Amazon seller accounts connected.
The Merchant Token is not used to access or authenticate your Amazon account. It is simply shown as a reference to help you identify the connected account.
If you have multiple Amazon seller accounts
If you manage multiple Amazon seller accounts, log in to the relevant account in Seller Central and follow the steps above.
Compare the Merchant Token displayed by Amazon with the token shown against your integration in Yonda. If the tokens match, you've identified the Amazon account associated with that Yonda integration.
