How to Share Shopify Collaborator Access with Yonda

Follow this step-by-step guide to grant Yonda access to your Shopify store as a collaborator. This allows us to review your store's tax setup and support you directly.

🔍 Step 1: Find Your Store URL

  1. Log in to Shopify Admin.

  2. Go to Settings → Domains.

  3. Look for the domain ending in .myshopify.com.

🔑 Step 2: Locate Your Collaborator Request Code

  1. In Shopify Admin, click Settings.

  2. Click "Users and permissions."

  3. In the Collaborators section, copy the Collaborator Request Code.

    ⚠️ Important: If this code is refreshed before Yonda has requested access using it, the code will become invalid and you'll need to send us a new one.

📤 Step 3: Send Your Store URL and Code to Yonda

Send both your store's .myshopify.com URL and the Collaborator Request Code to your Yonda contact.

🎉 You're All Set!

Once approved, Yonda will have collaborator access to your store.
