Before you can add Intercom to your data sources, you need to configure some settings beforehand.
procedure
1. Connect your Intercom account and Yoom Knowledge
Link your Intercom account to Yoom Knowledge by clicking the "Link Account" button.
2. Select and link learning from past data
Once the account linkage is complete, select the desired period for "Learning from past data" and click the "Finish" button.
It is possible to accumulate knowledge from conversation data for a specified period.
Additionally, knowledge is automatically accumulated from conversation data within Intercom that occurs after collaboration.
This completes the cooperation with Intercom 🎉
