To search Yoom knowledge directly from within a chat tool like Slack, you need to specify the knowledge base ID of the knowledge base you want to search.

Setting method
Click the gear mark that appears when you hover your mouse over the knowledge base list at the top left of the screen.

With Yoom Knowledge, it is possible to accumulate internal knowledge from email exchanges.
Steps
1. Create any email address
Please set any email address from the data source settings screen, copy it, and click the Complete button.
2. Add the created email to CC when sending an email
When sending or replying to an email, please add the Yoom Knowledge email address you created to CC before sending or replying.
The Knowledge will be automatically learned from the contents of the email added to the CC.
💡Regarding the timing of learning knowledge
Knowledge will be learned 96 hours (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) from the last exchange of email sent to the address you created. Therefore, please note that the knowledge will not be learned immediately after sending the email.
💡How to learn knowledge instantly
By adding "+create" before "@yoom.fun" in the email address you created, you can learn the knowledge immediately after sending.
