各種データソースに連携しているアカウントの変更・再連携方法についてご紹介いたしまWe will introduce how to change and re-link accounts linked to various data sources.

If the person in charge of linking the account leaves the company or a system update requires relinking the account linked to the data source, please follow these steps to change the account linkage.

Steps

Select "Edit" from the 3-dot click on the relevant data source on the data source page.

Click "+New Account" to perform the linkage.

After linking is complete, select the desired account in "Account Information to Link" and click "Complete".

When editing the data source, only the "linked account information" part can be changed . Also, when editing a data source, past data is not re-learned.

This completes the data source account change and re-linking 🎉

FAQ

Q.If I change my account and click "Finish", will my past data be learned again?

When editing the data source (when changing the linked account), past data will not be relearned. Change only the linked account information.

Q.Even after changing the account, the error message does not disappear in the data source list.

After re-linking, it will take some time for the error message to disappear. If the error message does not disappear after 2 to 3 hours, please try linking again. At that time, please make sure that you have selected the account information to be re-linked in "Account information to link".
