Once your account has been granted by the administrator, you will receive an email with the subject line "You have been invited to Yoom Inc. | Yoom Knowledge." Click on the link in the email.

Please set a password on the linked page.

Please note that the password must be at least 8 characters, including a combination of half-width alphanumeric characters and symbols.

Also, you cannot set a password that is easy for others to guess, so please set a password that is difficult for others to guess.

You can reset your password from here .

If you enter your email address, you will receive an email to change your password settings. Please use the link in that email to reset your password.

Q.The invitation email has expired.

Q. I can't find the invitation email.

Please enter your email address here and click the "Send" button.

Within a few minutes, you will receive an email with the subject ``[Yoom] Password change information.'' By setting a password from there, you will be able to log in to Yoom Knowledge.
