By using the "CSV import" data source, you can import knowledge already prepared in-house into Yoom Knowledge and search it.

Notes
If the knowledge ID is empty, register it as a new knowledge.
If the CSV contains these device-dependent characters, an error will be displayed when importing .
Please create a knowledge title and body with a total of 1,500 characters or less.
Please create the file character code in "UTF-8" or "Shift-JIS" format.
CSV can have up to 1,000 rows.
Please create a file with a size within 20MB.
If the URL field is empty, the "View data source" button will be hidden.
If the Date field is empty, the CSV import date will be automatically reflected.
