By using the "CSV import" data source, you can import knowledge already prepared in-house into Yoom Knowledge and search it.

Notes

  • If the knowledge ID is empty, register it as a new knowledge.

  • If the CSV contains these device-dependent characters, an error will be displayed when importing .

  • Please create a knowledge title and body with a total of 1,500 characters or less.

  • Please create the file character code in "UTF-8" or "Shift-JIS" format.

  • CSV can have up to 1,000 rows.

  • Please create a file with a size within 20MB.

  • If the URL field is empty, the "View data source" button will be hidden.

  • If the Date field is empty, the CSV import date will be automatically reflected.
