In this article, we will introduce how to integrate Freshdesk and Yoom Knowledge.

Log in to the Freshdesk admin screen, click the person icon in the top right corner, and select "Profile Settings".

Click the "View API Key" button displayed on the top right of the screen to obtain your API key.

Log in to Yoom Knowledge, select Freshdesk from your data sources, and click the "Link Accounts" button.

On the connection screen, configure each setting as shown below and click the Register button.

Please enter the value of "https://●●●●●.freshdesk.com/" in the Freshdesk URL. For example, if the Freshdesk URL is " https://yoom.freshdesk.com/" write "yoom".
