About knowledge base types
Yoom Knowledge has two types of knowledge bases:
open
This is a knowledge base that anyone can view and search.
private
This is a knowledge base that only invited people can view and search.

How to create a private knowledge base
A private knowledge base can be set when creating a new knowledge base.
You can create a knowledge base by turning on the "private settings" displayed when adding a knowledge base.
🚨Notes when creating
Once an open knowledge base is created, it cannot be changed to a private knowledge base.
Please note that the private setting must be turned on when creating.
How to invite users
In a private knowledge base, "Sharing Settings" will be displayed in the side menu, from which you can invite specific users to your knowledge base.
