Steps
1. Link your box account and Yoom Knowledge
Log in to Yoom Knowledge and select "Data Sources" in the side menu to open the Data Sources page.
Select box from the "+Add" button on the data source page.
Please link your box account to Yoom Knowledge by clicking the "Link Account" button.
2. Set item ID and data acquisition range
Specify the ID of the folder in the box to be linked to Yoom Knowledge.
The folder ID is the "/folder/●●●●" part written in the URL of the target folder in box.
In "Data Retrieval Range", you can select whether to retrieve only the files directly under the specified folder, or to retrieve all the files further down.
💡 Regarding automatic learning of newly added/updated files
After linking Yoom Knowledge and box, newly added files or updated files in the specified box folder will be automatically retrained.
Relearning will occur within 3 hours after a file is added or updated in the box.

Q. What types of files can be imported?
Only files in txt, pdf, doc, docx, ppt, and pptx formats can be linked.
Q.Can I import the Excel file in the box?
Excel files cannot currently be imported.
