With Yoom Knowledge's Chrome extension, you can automatically create email responses.

Download the Chrome extension from this page in Chrome .

The Yoom Knowledge Chrome extension is available on Gmail or Outlook.

First, open the Gmail/Outlook email reply screen in the browser that is logged in to Yoom Knowledge.

You will see a Yoom Knowledge icon next to the "Send" button, so click on it. If you don't see the button, click the Yoom Knowledge Chrome extension button in the top right corner of your browser.

In the popup that appears, you can switch the referenced knowledge base in the upper left part.

In the "Instructions for email generation" section, you can enter instructions regarding email generation. (This is an optional item, so there is no problem if you do not include it.)

You can generate the email reply text using the "Generate Text" button.

The generated text can be embedded in an email using the "Insert Text" button.

Click on the "Related Knowledge" section to check the knowledge used to generate the email.
