📝 Overview

Yoom workspaces on the Free Plan are automatically deleted if they remain inactive for a certain period.

This guide explains:

✔️ When a workspace gets deleted
✔️ The notification process before deletion
✔️ How to prevent automatic deletion

🚨 Conditions for Auto-Deletion

A workspace will be automatically deleted if both of the following conditions are met:

  • Free Plan - The workspace is on Yoom's Free Plan.

  • No Login Activity for 180 days - No user has logged in for 180 consecutive days.

⚠️ Even if there are active Flowbots, the workspace will still be deleted if the above conditions are met.

🔔 Notification Process Before Deletion

To prevent accidental deletion, Yoom will send reminder emails to the workspace administrators at scheduled intervals.

🚫 Regular members will NOT receive these emails.
