🛠️ Configuration Steps

  1. In the Zoom App Marketplace, open the Zoom app page you created during your My App integration. In the side menu, select Access, turn on the toggle for Event Subscription, and then click [+ Add New Event Subscription].

  2. In the Event Subscription settings, configure each of the following items, then click the Save button.

    Choose a Method
    Select Webhook.

    Subscription name
Enter any name you prefer. Example: Yoom Webhook.

    Events
Select events according to the trigger actions you want to use. To enable all Zoom triggers, set up the following events:

    Meeting-related

    • Participant joined meeting before host

    • Participant was waiting for host to join

    • Meeting has been created

    • Meeting has been updated

    • Meeting has been deleted

    • Meeting summary has been completed

    • Scheduled event created

    • Scheduled event canceled

    Webinar-related

    • End Webinar

    • Participant/Host joined webinar

    • Webinar has been created

    • Webinar Registration has been created

    • Webinar Registration has been canceled

    • Get participant survey feedback for webinars

    Recording-related

    • All Recordings have completed

    • Recording Transcript files have completed

    Event notification endpoint URL
Enter the Yoom Webhook URL, which you can obtain on the trigger settings page.

    Event notification receiver
Select either All users in your account or Only for users who have added this app.

  3. After configuring the settings, perform an event that should trigger the webhook. If you can confirm that the webhook is received in the Yoom interface, you’re all set! 🎉
