📝 Overview
Yoom integrates with several AI services to power your workflows.
ChatGPT (OpenAI / Azure OpenAI)
Whisper (OpenAI / Azure OpenAI)
Gemini
Claude (Anthropic)
ElevenLabs
⭐️ As of February 17th, 2025, the above AI providers declare in their data policies that they do not use customer data from their APIs to train their global AI models.
🔎 What is Covered?
Yoom’s AI operations refer to the AI features built directly into the Yoom’s platform.
If you connect an external service through “My Apps” and use AI through the app, your data handling will be governed by the specific policy of that external service.
Example: Connecting your own OpenAI account and using AI through the app.
