📝 Overview

By connecting Chatwork and Yoom, you can automate tasks like sending messages or creating new tasks directly from your workflows. To do this, you need an API Token. Think of this as a "digital key" that allows Yoom to communicate securely with your Chatwork account. This guide will show you exactly how to find and copy your key.

⚠️ Note: If you are using an organization plan (such as a Business plan), you may need approval from your organization admin to use the Chatwork API. Please check with your admin if you can't access the API section.

🛠️ How to Set Up

1. Access Service Integration

Click on your "user name" in the top right corner of the screen and select "service integration" from the menu.

2. Navigate to API Token

From the side menu, select "API Token". You might be asked to enter your Chatwork password for security.

3. Copy the Token

Click the "copy" button. Then paste this token into the Yoom integration settings.

☝️ Note: When you regenerate a token, all previous tokens will become invalid. If you are using the old token for other services, those connections will stop working, so be careful when you regenerate a token.

That's it! 🎉

Now Chatwork is ready to be connected with Yoom!
