📝 Overview

In Yoom, notifications are sent to the email address registered when issuing the workspace. This article explains when you can expect to receive notifications

💡 Tip: You can also set up notifications in Slack and Chatwork for real-time updates.


🤖 Notifications About Flowbots

Assignment Notification

Sent when a task is assigned via “Request action from person in charge” or “Request approval”.

Reminder Notification

Sent if a reminder is set for tasks assigned using “Request action from person in charge” or “Request approval”.

Reversion Notification

Sent if an ongoing Flowbot is returned to the approver via “Request approval".

Disapproval Notification

Sent when an approver disapproves the ongoing Flowbot through “Request approval”.

Error Notification

Sent if the Flowbot encounters an error and stops.

Note:

  • Manual Triggers (e.g., no trigger or record selection): The initiator receives the notification.

  • Automatic Triggers (e.g., schedule app, or database updates): The Flowbot creator receives the notification.

Completion Notification

Sent when the ongoing Flowbot completes all operations.

Note:

  • Manual Triggers: The initiator is notified

  • Automatic Triggers: The Flowbot creator is notified.

CSV Import Notification

Sent when a CSV import into the database is completed - whether successful or an error occurred.
