How to Set Up "Send Email" Action

📝 Overview

The "Send Email" action allows you to send pre-defined emails automatically.

By using outputs in To, CC, BCC, subject, body fields, and attachments, you can dynamically customize the recipient address, company name, contact person.

📧 Supported Email Services

You can send emails using the following services:

Email Service

Sending Method

Yoom

Gmail

Sent from the linked Gmail account.

Outlook

Sent from the linked Outlook account.

⚠️ If using Gmail or Outlook, you must link your account first.
Go to "My Apps" in the side menu to connect your email service before setup.


🛠️ Setup Steps

1️⃣ Add the "Send Email" Action

Open Flowbot and navigate to the point where you want to send an email.

Click the "+" button select your preferred email service (Yoom, Gmail, or Outlook), and select the "Send Email" action.

2️⃣ Configure Email Details

Enter recipient details:

  • To (Required)

  • CC (Optional)

  • BCC (Optional)

Enter the email subject and body, and attach a file (optional) if needed.

Click "Next".

3️⃣ Test & Send the Email

Review the email content to ensure it's correct.

Click "Test" to send a test email.

The test email will be sent to all addresses in the To, CC, and BCC fields.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Avoid using Yoom for bulk emails (e.g., newsletters). Google may mark them as spam, which could block future email operations.

  • You cannot use an alias or group email as the sender.

  • Test emails will be sent to all recipients in To, CC, and BCC fields.
