How to Register Kintone in My Apps

1. Acquiring the Necessary Information

To register a My App in Kintone, you need the following three pieces of information. Make sure to acquire each of them before proceeding.

  • Subdomain

  • Client ID

  • Client Secret

🔹 Subdomain

The subdomain is part of the URL displayed after logging in to Kintone. It's the portion marked ●● in the example below:

https://●●●●.cybozu.com/k/#/portal

🔹 Client ID & Client Secret

1️⃣ Log in to Kintone.

2️⃣ Click the gear icon ⚙️, and select "cybozu.com Common Administration".

3️⃣ In the sidebar, click "OAuth" and then click "Add OAuth Client".

4️⃣ Enter "Yoom" as the client name.

5️⃣ In the redirect endpoint field, enter the following URL and click Save.

https://yoom.fun/settings/my_apps/oauth_callback

6️⃣ A new OAuth client called "Yoom" will be created. Select the "User Settings" for the newly created linked service.

7️⃣ Check the boxes for the users who are permitted to integrate with Yoom, and click save.

💡 Notes:

  • Check the users who will operate Kintone.

  • If the user logs in using a shared account (e.g., a Kintone admin account), check that account.

  • If using an individual account, check that specific account.

8️⃣ Click the edit icon ✏️.

9️⃣ The Client ID and Client Secret will now be displayed. Copy these values.


2. Register the Information in Yoom

1️⃣ Log in to Yoom.

2️⃣ Open the Kintone My App Registration page.

3️⃣ Paste the Subdomain, Client ID, and Client Secret into the respective fields.

4️⃣ Click the "Register" button.

⚠️ Points to Note When Using Kintone with Yoom

  • Integration with Yoom is available only for Kintone Standard Course or higher.

  • Please check your Kintone contract details before proceeding.
