📋 Items to Check
1. Verify Google Services
Ensure that Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Drive have been added to My Apps.
2. Check Account Selection
Confirm that the correct account is selected in the account information section of the document creation operation.
3. Confirm Spreadsheet and Document File IDs
Make sure the spreadsheet ID and document file ID are correctly entered.
The spreadsheet ID is located between "spreadsheets/d/" and "/edit#gid=" in the URL. Example:
spreadsheets/d/●●●●/edit#gid=
The document file ID is located between "document/d/" and "/edit" in the URL.
Example:
document/d/●●●●/edit
Be sure there are no accidental spaces or errors in either ID.
4. Check the "String to Be Replaced" and "Replacement String"
These are required fields. Ensure that both fields are correctly entered.
5. Verify Service Account Permissions
Check whether the service account has been granted permission for Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Drive.
Note: A service account is different from a regular Gmail address.
6. Check the Authentication Key and Service Account in My Apps
Ensure that the authentication key and service account are correctly registered in My Apps.
