🛠️ How to Register in My Apps

Follow the steps below to register your My App in Zendesk.

1. Obtaining the Required Information

Before registering your app in Zendesk, you need to obtain an access token. Below are the steps to generate this token.

Issuing an API Token

  1. Log in to the Zendesk Support Admin Center with administrator privileges.

  2. In the sidebar, go to Apps and Integrations > API > Zendesk API.

  3. Enable Token Access.

  4. Click the "Add API Token" button to create a new API token.

  5. Copy the token you just created and save it for later use.

2. Registering Information in Yoom

  1. Log in to Yoom and go to the Zendesk My App registration page.

  2. In the Account Name field, enter your desired account name.

  3. In the Email Address field, enter the email address you use to log in to Zendesk.

  4. In the API Token field, paste the API token you generated earlier.

  5. Click the "Add" button.
