In HubSpot, you can use custom properties to add any information to a contact.

This guide explains how to find the internal name of a custom property and how to retrieve its value.

1. Click the gear icon ⚙️ in the top right corner of the management screen.

2. In the sidebar, select Properties. Use the search field on the right to find and the relevant property. Click Edit property button.

3. Be sure to note this internal name.

1. In Yoom, select HubSpot.

2. On the action selection screen, choose Retrieve a Contact's Custom Property.

3. Enter the internal name you noted earlier in the Internal Name of Custom Property field and run the test.
