Changing Plans During the Contract Period

Written by Yoom Customer Service

📝 Overview

You can change your plan at any time, even while under a paid plan contract.

If you switch plans during the same month, you’ll be charged based on the plan you’re using at the end of the month.

☝️ Note:

We don’t adjust or split charges based on how many days you used each plan.

🔁 How to Change Your Plan

To change your plan:

  1. Log in to Yoom.

  2. Click “Change Plan” at the bottom of the sidebar.
    (Only visible to workspace administrators)

  3. Select your new plan, choose your payment method, and click “Change Plan.”

✅ Before confirming, be sure to review the keynotes shown during the process.
