Changing Plans During the Contract Period

Written by Yoom Customer Service

📝 Overview

You can change your subscription plan at any time while on an active paid plan.

If you switch between paid plans within the same month, you will be billed based on the plan you are subscribed to at the end of that month (prorated calculations are not provided).

This guide explains how to change your plan and when your new plan will take effect.

You can process a plan change directly from your workspace:

1. Navigate to the bottom of the side menu and click Change Plan.

2. Select your desired plan and payment method.

3. Review the precautions and click Change Plan to confirm.

☝️ Note: Please review all precautions carefully before executing a plan change.
