📝 Overview

To delete a project in Yoom, you first need to remove the Flowbots and databases associated with it.

Here is an overview of the process:

  1. Delete the Flowbot (or move it to another project)

  2. Delete the database

  3. Delete the project

🛠️ Details of the Steps

1. Delete the Flowbot (or move it to another project)

To delete a Flowbot, click the edit button of the corresponding Flowbot and select Delete.

If you want to move the Flowbot to another project instead of deleting it, click the ◽️ next to the target Flowbot and select Move to another project.

☝️ Note:

Ensure that the In Progress tab is empty, as shown below.

If there are any remaining Flowbot histories, stop (delete) them.

2. Delete the Database

To delete a database, you must first remove all tables within it.

To delete a table, navigate to the target database, click the ... next to the table name, and select Delete table.

After all tables have been deleted, return to the project’s main page, click the ... on the target database, and select Delete.

3. Delete the Project

After all Flowbots and databases are removed, you can proceed to delete the project.

Go to the project’s top page and click the edit button in the top right corner to delete the project.

This completes the project deletion 🎉
