📝 Overview

This guide outlines the steps to take if the files obtained from Dropbox during the Flowbot operation are not syncing to Windows Explorer.

✅ Items to Check

1. Check used capacity and maximum capacity

Check whether the used storage capacity has reached the limit.

  • For the PC app: Click the profile icon in the upper right corner of the app.

  • For the browser: Log in to Dropbox and click the person icon in the upper right corner of the screen.

2. Check the file name

Ensure the following characters are not included in the file name you are uploading.

Depending on your operating system, characters such as a time stamp (":") may cause synchronization issues.

Here is the list of incompatible characters:

  • >(greater than)

  • :(colon)

  • "(double quotation mark)

  • |(vertical bar)

  • ?(question mark)

  • *(asterisk)

  • .(period)
