📝 Overview
You can add or modify permissions for each project within Yoom.
Project permission management is available on the following plans:
Standard Plan
Pro Plan
Team Plan
Success Plan

➕ How to Add Permissions
1️⃣ Go to the project page and click “Share” at the top right corner.
2️⃣ In the popup, click "Add email or user".
3️⃣ Select the user or enter their email address, then choose the permission.
💡 Only email addresses already registered as workspace members can be added.
4️⃣ Review or edit the invitation message if needed.
5️⃣ Click "Invite" to end the invitation.
6️⃣ The invited user will be notified.
✍️ How to Modify Existing Permissions
1️⃣ Click “Share” in the top right corner of the project page.
2️⃣ Locate the member whose permissions you want to change.
3️⃣ Click on their current permission displayed on the right.
4️⃣ Select the new permission level from the dropdown.
5️⃣ The changes will apply immediately.
‼️ Note: At least one user must have edit permissions for each project.
