📝 Overview

Project permissions are valid only within the specific project.

There are three types of project permissions:

✔️ Editor

✔️ Viewer

✔️ No Permission

Each project must have at least one Editor. All workspace members can create new projects. When a new project is created, all workspace members are added as Editors by default.

☝️ Important Notes

  • The project permissions feature is not available on the Free or Plus plan.

  • If both global and individual permissions are set, the individual settings will take priority. For example, if the global setting allows editing but person A has their setting to view only, person A will only be able to view and not edit.

👬 Excluding Members from Permissions

You can only set "No Permission" for all workspace members. If you want to exclude only specific members, first add the members you want to grant permissions to, and then set "No Permission" for all workspace members.
