📝 Overview

This guide explains how to grant temporary access to Yoom's support team (Yoom CS) for troubleshooting.

By default, only members added to the workspace can log in.

If YoomCS needs access as part of support, follow the steps below to enable support access.

🚨 Note:

Only the "Workspace Administrator" can configure this setting.


💡 How to Enable Support Access

1️⃣ Open Settings

Click the Settings button in the bottom-left corner to open the settings page.

2️⃣ Go to Common Settings

Select “Common Settings” from the menu.

3️⃣ Enable Support Access

In the Support Settings section, turn on:

  • “Allow access from Yoom Inc. for customer support purposes.”

  • Click “Change” to save the setting.
