☝️ Preparation Before Downgrading
When switching from a paid plan to the Free plan, please make sure the following conditions are met:
You can have up to 3 licenses.
The number of Flowbots should be 5 or fewer.
You can have up to 5 databases.
The total number of database records must not exceed 500.
📍 Note:
If any of these conditions aren’t met, you may encounter an error when attempting to downgrade.
🔁 Change Timing
The Free plan will take effect starting the day after your current plan's contract end date.
🛠️ How to Change
To downgrade to the Free plan, simply go to "Change Plan" in the left sidebar. If you don't see this option, feel free to reach out to us via the chat icon in the bottom right corner.
