☝️ Preparation Before Downgrading
Before switching from a paid plan (Personal, Mini, Team, or Success) to the Free plan, please make sure your workspace meets the following conditions.
Users: You can have up to 1 user.
Flowbot: You can have up to 5 Flowbots.
Databases: You can have up to 5 databases.
Database Records: The total number of records per table must not exceed 500.
AI Workers: You can have up to 5 AI workers.
📍 Note:
If any of these conditions aren’t met, you may encounter an error when attempting to downgrade.
🔁 Change Timing
The Free plan will take effect starting the day after your current plan's contract end date. You can continue to use your current paid features until the end of your billling cycle.
🛠️ How to Change
Click on "Change Plan" from the sidebar.
Choose the "Free plan" from the list of options.
That's it! 🎉
Now you know how to switch to the Free plan.
