📝 Overview

With Yoom, you can retrieve Notion page data using database operations and app integrations.

In this guide, we'll show you how to retrieve rollup information from a Notion page using Yoom.

🛠️ Setup Method

👉 For details on setting up relations and rollups, refer to Notion’s help page for more information.

1. Create the Master Page in Notion for Rollups

First, create a master page in Notion to manage your rollup data.

2. Create the Page to be Rolled Up

Create the page in Notion that will be used for the rollup.

3. Set Up Relation Property

On the master page, add a Relation property and link it to the page that will be rolled up. Then, assign the specific pages to each cell.

4. Set Up Rollup Property

Next, on the master page, create a Rollup property.

Link it to the page selected in the Relation property, and choose the specific items you want to retrieve from the linked page.

5. Create a New Page Linking the Two Pages

Create a new page in Notion that links the two pages you created in steps 1 and 2. This structure is necessary for retrieving rollup items via the API.

💬 If you’re unsure how to retrieve the data, please contact our customer support team via chat. The JSON PATH structure may vary depending on the rollup property.

💡 Important Points

  • The source database for the rollup items must also be connected to Yoom to retrieve the data.

  • File and media properties are not supported for rollups due to API limitations, so they cannot be retrieved via Yoom.

That’s it!
