📝 Overview

This Flowbot example demonstrates how to automatically add responses from a Yoom form to HubSpot and Kintone, then integrate both data sets within YoomDB for centralized management.

📌 When corporate information is managed separately in database tools like HubSpot and Kintone, YoomDB acts as a central hub to consolidate the data. This prevents fragmentation, keeps information organized, and allows seamless data integration across platforms.

🛠️ Features and Tools Used

✔️ Yoom Database - Stores and integrates data from multiple sources

✔️ Form Trigger - Activates Flowbot when a form is submitted

✔️ HubSpot & Kintone Apps - Adds submitted form responses to the respective platforms

🔍 How It Works

1️⃣ Trigger Activation

A company submits information through a Yoom form, activating the Flowbot.

2️⃣ Data Registration (HubSpot)

The Flowbot sends the collected data to HubSpot.

3️⃣ Data Registration (Kintone)

The same data is also sent to Kintone.

4️⃣ Data Integration (YoomDB)

Yoom DB connects and synchronizes data from HubSpot and Kintone, creating a unified view.
