📝 Overview

Form triggers allow you to create a custom form with any title, field, or format and trigger a Flowbot when a response is received.

Using Yoom forms, you can collect inquiries, surveys, employee details, and more from external sources and seamlessly integrate the gathered information into your operations.


✨ Examples of Use

📩 Automatically Respond to Customer Inquiries

  • Embed a Yoom form URL in your inquiry page.

  • When a customer submits a form, their inquiry details are automatically transferred to CRM tools like Hubspot or Salesforce.

  • Automatically send personalized email responses based on the inquiry content.

🚀 Automating Onboarding Tasks

  • New employees enter their name and email (excluding the domain part) in the form.

  • Their information is automatically registered in the Yoom database.


🛠️ How to Set Up

1️⃣ Navigate to the Form Creation Screen

On the trigger selection screen, choose Form to create a response form.

2️⃣ Create the Form

  1. Form Title - Enter the title that will be displayed to the respondents.

  2. Form Description - Provide a brief explanation of the form's purpose.

  3. Field Name - Specify the question or field name.

  4. Field Description - Add optional guidance for respondents.

  5. Input Form - Select an input type (e.g., text, multiple choice).

  6. Required or Optional - Check the box if the field is required.

  7. Add More Fields - Click the "+ Add Question" button and repeat the steps 3~6 if needed.

✅ Once all fields are added, click "Next".

3️⃣ Preview the Form

Click "Preview Form" & "Preview Completion Page" to check how the form appears.

Click "Save".

4️⃣ Copy the Form Link

Continue to set the following actions under the form trigger action.

Turn the Trigger ON.

Click the "Copy Form Link" button → copy the form URL.

5️⃣ Customization Options

If you are on a paid plan, you can customize the form's appearance and settings.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Non-Yoom users can only submit responses using the shared URL.

  • If the Flowbot has no other operations, the form will not be displayed.

  • The customization features are only available for paid plan users.
