📝 Overview

This section explains the settings you can configure for forms created using the form trigger in Yoom.

⚙️ Basic Settings

These settings are available to all users, regardless of your plan. Here's a quick overview of what you can configure:

Input Form

  • Title

  • Form Description

  • Question Items

  • Explanation for each Question

Completion Page

  • There are no customizable options for the completion page.

🛠️ Setting the Flowbot Initiator When Using a Shared Form

Here you can choose who will be the Flowbot activator when a form is filled out. This controls who will receive notifications for any errors related to the Flowbot.

  • If you select the member who created the Flowbot:
The Flowbot activator will always be the person who created the Flowbot, regardless of who answers the form.

  • If you select the member who sent the Flowbot:
The person who answers the form will become the Flowbot initiator (if it's a member within your workspace).
However, if an external user submits the form, the form's creator will be the initiator.

☝️ Note:

External users can still submit the form.

🧐 Optional Settings

These settings are available only with a paid plan. In addition to the features available in the Free Plan, the following options can be configured:

  • Text on the submit button

  • Hide the Yoom logo in the footer
(Note: The "Powered by Yoom" text cannot be removed.)

  • Restrict access to specific IP addresses
(This is only available with the Business & Enterprise Plan.)

Completion Page

  • Completion message heading

  • Completion message description

  • Yoom-related image
(Note: The "Powered by Yoom" text cannot be removed.)
