📝 Overview

In Yoom, you can make your created Flowbots public.

The Flowbot publication feature allows you to share your Flowbot via a public URL.

Below is an explanation of how to do this and important things to keep in mind.

🛠️ How to Configure

  1. Go to the Flowbot detail page you want to publish.

  2. Click the “...” button at the top right of the screen.

  3. Turn on the Publish Template toggle.

  4. Copy the publication URL and share it.

☝️ Note:

Once you disable the Publish Template toggle, the publication URL will no longer be available.

🌎 Important Notes When Publishing

  • Anyone who has the publication link can copy the Flowbot, so be cautious when sharing it.

  • When copying, linked account information is not copied. All other details are copied exactly as they are, so be sure not to include personal or confidential information.

  • The publication URL is different from the Flowbot detail page URL, so be sure to share the correct one.

🧩 How to Copy

  1. Click the Copy this Template button from the publication URL.

  2. If you're logged in, the Flowbot will automatically be copied to My Projects in your account.

  3. If you're not logged in, you'll need to log in or create an account to copy the Flowbot.
