In Yoom, each plan includes licenses and members.

In this article, we will explain the differences between members and licenses,

and the key details for each plan.


⚖️ Differences between Members and Licenses

  • Member:

    A user who has a Yoom account and is invited to the workspace.

    Members can use workspace features like creating and editing Flowbots.

  • License:

    The slot that allows you to invite a member to the workspace. Each license corresponds to one member.

On the Plans & Billing page, you can see the differences in license allocation and the options for adding more licenses for each plan.

☝️ Note: For the Success plan, while it is unlimited, the system is currently set to a max of 10,000 licenses.


🔁 Changing Licenses in Mid-Month

In the Mini, Team, and Success plans, you can add or remove licenses.

However, please note that the timing for when changes take effect and how you are billed will vary depending on whether you are on a monthly or annual contract.
