📝 Overview

If you're no longer using Yoom and would like to delete your workspace, you can submit a request to have it deleted.

☝️ Note:

This option is only available for users on the free plan. If you're currently on a paid plan, you must switch to the free plan first.

In certain cases, the Yoom account itself and the workspace will also be deleted. Specifically, this happens if your Yoom account is only participating in the workspace being deleted.

🛠️ How to Delete your Workspace

1. Click the settings icon at the bottom left of the screen.

2. In the sidebar, click on General Settings.

3. Under the deletion workspace section, click the Delete button.

4. Fill in the required fields for each item, then click Submit Deletion Request to complete the process.

☝️ Note:

For company name, your name, and workspace name, please access the settings from the top-right icon and copy them from Company Information/Billing Information in the left menu.

Seeing an error after following the procedure?

If you see a message like “The page you are looking for cannot be found,” try the following:

Open an incognito window in your browser.
Copy and paste the following URL: https://yoom.fun/members/sign_in and try accessing it again.

⭐️ Important Notes

Once your workspace is deleted, no users will be able to log in to it.
The deletion is permanent, and all data will be erased. Unfortunately, it cannot be restored.
If there are any unpaid invoices, you won’t be able to delete your workspace. Please make sure all invoices are paid before proceeding.
