💪🏼 What Guests Can Do
1️⃣ Access Specific Views
Set up views within a database table (with filters or selected columns) and share them with guests.
Guests will see only the shared view, not the entire database.
Creating a New View (View 2)
Sharing View 2 with the Guest
2️⃣ View Record Details
Guests can view details of records within the shared views.
Share the record URL directly with the guest for easy access.
❌ What Guests Cannot Do
1️⃣ Limit Visibility to Specific Columns or Filters
While you can set up views with filters and column preferences, guests can still change these settings on their end.
This means guests can see all columns and adjust filters, even if a specific view was shared.
2️⃣ Share Only Specific Tables
Guest permissions apply at a database level, not the table level.
If a database contains multiple tables, guests can view all of them.
💡 Tip: If you want to share only one table, create a separate database with a single table.
