📝 Overview

You can add or modify permissions for each database in Yoom.

💡 Note: If no specific permissions are set at the database level, the user will inherit the project permissions.


➕ How to Add Permissions

1️⃣ Navigate to the database page you want to manage

2️⃣ In the top right corner, click "Share" → then select "Add email or user" from the popup.

3️⃣ Select a user or enter their email address.

4️⃣ Choose the appropiate permission level

  • Edit - full access

  • View - ready only

  • No Permission - no access

4️⃣ Review or edit the invitation message as needed.

5️⃣ Click "Invite" to send the invitation.


✍️ How to Change Existing Permissions

1️⃣ Go to the database page.

2️⃣ Click "Share" in the top right corner.

3️⃣ Find the user whose permissions you want to change.

4️⃣ On the far right of their row, click their current permission level.

5️⃣ Select the new permission level from the dropdown.

💡 Reminder: Users without specific database permissions will follow the project permissions.
